Kyiv (Ukraine), June 5: Ukrainan President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has proposed a face-to-face meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a rare open letter to the Russian leader on June 4.

The President also said that the path to peace had to start at the frontline and Ukraine stood for a full ceasefire for the duration of the negotiations.
