Patna [India]: A court has granted bail to Faisal Khan, popularly known as "Khan Sir," the Director of Khan Global Studies, along with his associates in the widely discussed coaching center controversy.
The order also brings relief to two of his security guards, Pradeep Kumar and Talwar Singh, who had been in judicial custody for a considerable period.
The case had earlier led to the arrest of Roshan Anand, Director of Gyan Bindu Coaching Center, and two of his associates as part of the police investigation into the incident.
"Six people have been granted bail. The judge first announced Khan Sir's anticipatory bail, followed by that of his three staff members," lawyer Arvind Kumar Mouar told reporters.

According to investigators, Faisal Khan's name was added to the First Information Report (FIR) after a video surfaced following the controversy. The allegations against him were linked to an alleged firing incident involving his security guards. Police subsequently examined multiple aspects of the case, including the circumstances surrounding the incident and the role of those named in the FIR.
With the court granting bail, Faisal Khan, his associates, and the two guards have received interim legal relief.
However, the grant of bail does not amount to a finding on the merits of the allegations, and the investigation remains ongoing.
The case continues to attract significant public attention, with the next stages of the proceedings expected to unfold through the ongoing police investigation and subsequent judicial process.
Authorities have indicated that further action, if warranted by the evidence, will be taken in accordance with the law.
